Care Systems has just launched a new website to allow clients to perform call
logging and processing tasks without support staff intervention. This website is
not a replacement for our current one. At the moment, you can securely:
- Log a new support request - The user enters the details of their
request. The website automatically logs the call in our logging software, and
sends a confirmation email to the user.
- Edit Client Contact Details - Users will have the ability to edit
the main email address used by Care to contact clients, staff members of the
organisation and their email addresses.
- Upload a database - Where Care Systems have requested you send a copy of
the database, you will be able to upload the database directly to Care Systems
via the website.
The website will be continually enhanced, and you will be made aware of
these as soon as possible.
Why should I use this Website?

Logging a call on the phone or via email has a cost for the time spent logging
the call as well the time spent working on the task. By logging on the website
you will only be charged for the time spent working on the task.
- Higher priority - Website requests are given priority over phone calls or calls logged
via email.
- Accurate Logging of the Problem - Allows you to give a detailed
description of the problem and make sure that it isn't lost in translation.
- Fast and efficient correspondence - By ensuring contact information is up to
date and valid, you ensure that all important correspondence from Care Systems
is received promptly and with a minimum of fuss.
- Issues resolved more quickly
- Our support staff will be dealing with your issue, rather than administering
it.
You require your 4 digit customer code, and you customer code (which is located on your latest Care Systems invoice) to login.

As of the 1st March 2009 there are changes to the way stationery may be ordered. The prices have also changed.
To streamline the order process stationery may now be ordered online at the Care Systems client website.
Orders placed online are relayed immediately to the warehouse for prompt processing.
Orders placed by other means require manual processing at Care Systems office, this will delay the order.
Orders placed online receive a discount of $5.50 per item, which reflects the administration saving this method provides.
Please also note that Delivery Charges, that previously were incorporated into the
unit price, will now be charged separately. There will be a single delivery charge for each delivery, so
bulk orders will be cheaper. For the time being the Delivery Charge will be
$16.50 (inc GST) for each delivery.
